King’s Vault is a unique new bar that will open in Sydney, for a very short time and at a very secret location. The bar will literally ‘pop up’ overnight, and on behalf of Tourism Victoria, guests are invited to come in and experience the exceptional wines of the King Valley wine region.

It is an opportunity that won’t last—and one not to be missed.

Over seven nights, wine lovers will have the chance to take part in a series of tastings and private events, all designed to celebrate the rich delights of the King Valley. New world Italian varietals will be presented at winemaker-led events, and all guests will be able to sample these exciting new wines together with delicious food inspired by the King Valley’s finest chefs and produce.

King Valley winemakers including Fred and Joel Pizzini (Pizzini Wines), Arnie Pizzini (Chrismont), Sam Miranda (Sam Miranda King Valley) and Otto and Michael Dal Zotto (Dal Zotto Estate) will share their passion for the region and bring to life stories from their vineyards. This is a rare chance to soak up the essence of the beautiful King Valley, right in the heart of Sydney.

Inside the Italian-inspired King’s Vault, the intimate experience of King Valley’s cellar doors will be re-created, with the spotlight on a cross section of locally grown prosecco, sangiovese, arneis, nebbiolo, pinot grigio and other distinctive Italian styles. Specific wines from the region will be on show, such as Dal Zotto, Sam Miranda, Chrismont, Brown Brothers and Pizzini.
